The ebIX distributed flexibility project aims to define standardized processes and data exchange for energy flexibility products, building on the Harmonised European Role Model of ebIX®, EFET and ENTSO-E.
USEF was invited to participate in the project because the comprehensive work undertaken by the USEF Aggregator Workstream was considered to offer value to the project. A group of 7 specialists from different EU member states began work in October 2017. Their first activity is to define business requirements for energy flexibility services, taking into account different aggregator implementation models, recommendations and considerations already published by USEF.
